Future Nomad offers worldwide shipping. All items are shipped via Royal Mail UK in biodegrable or upcycled mailing bags, both eco friendly! If domestically shipped within the UK, your parcel will be shipped Signed For. If internationally shipped outside the UK, your parcel will be shipped Tracked. Unfortunately there is not international express shipping available at this time. I can offer Next Day Special Delievery shipping to UK customers with the shipping upgrade.

Within the UK shipping usually takes 2-4 business days.

International shipping usually takes 7-9 business days.

Note these are just shipping time estimations given to me by Royal Mail UK, please take into consideration covid and shipping delays during the holidays.

Customs costs upon arrival to your country are entirely your responsibility. I am not responsible for any customs fees that may incure.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS

 Due to the nature of custom made artwork, I do NOT accept refunds for any custom handdyed MTO garments or items on sale. I do offer exchanges if shipped within 30 days of recieving the item as long as its in new, unworn, unwashed condition with no smoke or detergents smell and no animal fur.

Exchanged item shipping costs need to be covered by the customer back to me and the new items then back to you. Please email me about this and we can work out any costs. Please note that if you plan to exchange an item, package it in the flattest option possible (I personally use and always recommend biodegrable or reused mailing bags). Ship standard tracked with your countries main postal service company ie. Royal Mail UK, CanadaPost, USPS, Aus Post etc. Any expedited or shipping upgrade costs will be your responsibility.

The customer is responsible for providing the full accurate shipping address. If you need to change address, please email me at futurenomadic@gmail.com so I can update your order with the new address. Future Nomad will not be held responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses as given by the buyer.

I am always available to answer questions and am quick to respond, so highly recommend sending me a message if you have any questions prior to purchasing an item. All of the listings accurately show each item and I am always happy to customize to my ability as everything is custom handmade to order by me.

If a custom item doesn't fit due to sizing issues, I am happy to do an exchange for another item in the shop. The customer is responsible for shipping back to me. I'm more than happy to amend or alter any of my creations at any time as long as its still in my power to do so (ie, the fabric isn't too worn out for continued use). If you've ordered a custom garment and you would like an alteration due to sizing issues, please message me and we will discuss your alteration. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping back to me.

Please note that due to hygiene issues, all undergarments (like all my other custom items) are non-refundable.

COLORS MAY VARY FROM WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN. Many factors affect color, such as lighting, screen settings, dye batch, and fabric. Custom hand dyed eco friendly low impact dyed colors are not eligible for return. Custom colors may vary somewhat from your expectations. Please be open to this if you plan to order custom color work.

Please note Future Nomad only accepts exchanges 30 days after the shipping date. Please ship back to me at the latest 30 days after the shipping date.

If you are unsure or have a question about the size or appearance of an item, please contact me prior to purchasing and I will gladly send you additional pictures or measurements. I suggest that you compare your measurements and sizing charts with a piece that properly fits you in your closet to insure a proper fit. It's very important to me that you are happy and love your purchase from Future Nomad! x
